You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice billing with NET-30 terms. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, and you can reactivate anytime.
Absolutely. Briefly. is built with healthcare-grade security. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and privacy-first safeguards while SOC 2 Type II certification remains in progress. Your patient data is never used for model training.
